(Oh, hey. That's me over there) 

Hello beautiful. My name is Caroleen Marie and welcome to my journal (my online journal, that is).

You hold a special role in my life already dear ones, wanna know why? You care enough to journey through the pages and words that are a product of my chaotic thoughts. Let's just say this is my attempt to put order to those ideas and opinions. So thank you ahead of time for hanging out here with me! Pull up a chair and a cup of coffee; I'm sure we'll be great friends.
Before we begin on this adventure I wanted to let you know a little bit about me (obviously, you wouldn't want to have coffee with a stranger, now would you?). So here's what you should know my lovelies:

1. I am 19 years old.
2. I am currently in my freshman year of college as a Fashion Merchandising major with a Journalism minor.
3. I'm a red head (as you can probably tell).
4. I'm 5'8.
5. I'm a Christian, and hope that affects everything I do. As Christians we come from what is called the "hypocrite nation," but I pray that I can be one who is an exception to that.

6. I am a product of the most wonderful, complicated family in the world (and I love it). Don't believe me? I have two adopted Mexican siblings; one 43 (not pictured) and one 26 (right). Two half brothers; one 41 (not pictured) and one 38 (left). As well as my 18 year old cousin who has lived with us since I was in the seventh grade(middle). Therefore, I consider her my sister as well. From my older siblings, I have five nieces, no nephews. So yes, I am an aunt and have been since I was five years old. Confused yet? It's okay. You'll hear much more about all of them later (double confusion, yay!).
 7. I'm taken. I have been blessed with a wonderful man who brings me flowers randomly and takes me out for coffee. His name is Josh and he is a handsome little cutie pie. Hehe :)

8. I'm a graduate of 2012. So, you can probably assume with my age and being a freshman in college, I started a little late. I took a year and half off to work, which I don't regret one bit.
9. I love to sing, act, write, and dance. Anything in the entertainment industry, that's me.
10. I am absolutely obsessed with reality TV. I said once that because my life is 98% drama free, I spend my free time watching other people's drama-filled lives.

So there ya go. Ten of the most important/random things you could ever know about me. Typical best friends have a mix of intense, and nonchalant conversations . . . and we just had our first. Yep, I like where you and I are going; I know a great friendship when I see one.
